Collective Lever

The collective assembly is a combination of one integrated control loading actuator consisting of motor, gearbox, electronics, a single axis force sensor and end stop assembly.

Features of the system include:
  • High fidelity brushless DC motor with integrated control electronics.
  • Compact configuration (mountable inboard or outboard depending on space constraints)
  • Easily mountable to the cockpit frame with a single interface flange
  • CAN bus interface for actuator control from the System Control Module
  • Built-in force sensor with grip attachment interfaces

The following specifications are based on the standard gear ratio. Gear ratios can be changed to adjust the maximum torque to meet application requirements.
